Prologue
Throughout the exposit I will be making reference to public corruption with various data sets that can be found in this blog and maximusmaxedout.blogspot and lawlessfmep.blogspot. Arguably doubling the child poverty rate in a decade, in a top G-8 economy with 90% of child support paid, could be labeled as gross incompetence. However decades of an abundance of evidence clearly shows the results of forcing 10% of our children to grow up in poverty would increase crime dramatically and was well known at the time. There is a clear choice between government revenue and the children of divorce, government choose revenue. With single parent mothers leading the charge into poverty and having to cook the crime rate in 2007 they now are cooking the poverty caused from child support claw backs.
Although taxing babies seems absolutely like mass insanity is isn't anything more than revenue. No gender war, gender bias courts or deadbeat dads causing child poverty resulting in escalating crime, it isn't anything more than corruption perpetrated on the people by revenue hungry governments.
The only ideology presented by any party is 'why tax the rich when we can tax the babies. As you will see just because government wrote a law to make corruption legal does not mean it is not a crime and it is these crimes this book follows.
Chapter 1
1993. Daughter V 6 years old. Son 3 years old.
I was working 75 hrs a week Monday to Friday with another 8 to 12 on the weekend building a house for the family. The first complaint came as 'I want to go out Friday but you're not interested'. The next Friday I suggested we go out and the response was 'look at all the work I have to do'. No doubt, dirty dishes were piled so high I think they would have crashed to the floor with a loud word. I suggested next week to start on Thursday but was told, 'the kids take up too much of my time'. Ten seconds later I suggested a babysitter or house cleaning contractor on Thursday,,, one second after that. 'I don't get enough time with the kids'. I knew then trouble was a lot more than bar night on Friday.
1994. The marriage councilor.
After a year of attempting to find out what the real problem was we did three sessions. At the end of the third session the councilor asked each what the problem was. I said the lack of communication while the ex said she didn't want to talk about anything,,, and that was the advice, I was too ignore all and stay quiet. That lasted a year until she moved out, still don't know why but by then I couldn't see solving any problems.
1995. The separation agreement.
An agreement that X drafted after she moved out and was at the lawyers for finalization. It gave here 2/3 of the assets so our lawyer was shocked when she canceled it in favor of placing it before the courts. He said at the time she won't get as much through the courts so not only am I still wondering why I was saddled with court costs but more confusing is why did the courts or the lawyers proceed with a case the plaintiff would obviously come out the worse for.
1996.
